How long does a commercial roof last?
A properly installed TPO or EPDM system typically lasts 20–30 years, and metal can exceed 40. With a planned maintenance programme many roofs comfortably beat those figures.
Can you work while our building is occupied?
Yes. We phase work, use odour-controlled adhesives where required, and schedule noisy operations outside business hours.
Do you offer roof restoration instead of replacement?
Often yes. If the existing roof is structurally sound, a coating or overlay system can add 10–15 years of life for a fraction of replacement cost. We will tell you honestly which option makes sense.
