Content on this website — including service descriptions, guides, blog articles and pricing indications — is provided for general information only. Indicative prices are starting points and are not a quotation. A binding price is only established in a written, signed proposal following an on-site inspection.

3. Estimates and quotations

• All estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Written quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
• Quotations assume the scope described at inspection; unforeseen conditions (such as concealed decking damage) may require a written variation agreed with you before work proceeds.

4. Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for inspection and works. Timelines are given in good faith but may be affected by weather, material availability and site conditions.

5. Warranties

We provide a workmanship warranty as stated in your contract, in addition to any manufacturer’s material warranty. Warranties do not cover damage caused by storms, impact, third-party work, structural movement, lack of maintenance, or alterations made by others after completion.

6. Payments

Payment terms are set out in your written contract. Deposits may be required to schedule work and to order materials. Invoices are payable in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roofex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Roofex and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
