Do I need a full tear-off or can you overlay?
We recommend full tear-off in almost every case. Overlays trap moisture, hide decking damage and shorten the life of the new roof. Where building codes allow an overlay and the existing roof is in good condition, we will explain the trade-offs honestly.
Will you protect my landscaping?
